This home is perfect as a primary residence, guest house, or accessory dwelling unit (ADU). Unlike traditional modular homes that require special permits and escorts for transport, the Casita’s 8-foot width allows for standard shipping, making it accessible and cost-effective for a wide range of locations.

While the home itself is delivered ready to unfold and connect, you will need to prepare the foundation and arrange for utility hookups.
